Directions of Use

• To asses tolerance, or for a moderate stimulant pre-workout: Mix 1 scoop with 400ml chilled water. Consume 15-20 minutes prior to exercise.
• For a more hardcore pre-workout: Mix 2 scoops with 800ml chilled water. Consume 15-20 minutes prior to exercise.
• Do not exceed recommended servings per day.
• Do not consume within a few hours of bedtime.
