Directions of Use
  • For recovery purposes mix 80 grams with 200 - 400ml of water post training. A recommended serve is about 1.0-1.5g/kg body weight.
  • For a flexible meal replacement: Take 0.5-0.75g/kilogram body weight. For the best consistency, use 50 – 100ml of water per 20 grams of Extreme Carbs.
  • Suitable for adults over the age of 15 who undertake high intensity physical training programs, either anaerobic or aerobic, three or more days per week. Training activities include, but are not limited to weight training (bodybuilding, power-lifting), boxing, martial arts, football, rugby, track and field, swimming, cycling and motor sports.
