Precision Nutrition Precision Isolate (Based on 2lb Cookies & Cream):

Precision Nutrition Precision Creatine 500g (note, this product may contain a 3g or 5g scoop, however all tubs will yield 500g product total):

Directions of Use

Precision Nutrition Precision Isolate:

• Mix 1 scoop to 250ml of chilled water or beverage of choice, and mix well until dissolved. Consume immediately.
• Can be consumed post-workout or throughout the day to increase dietary protein intake.

Precision Nutrition Precision Creatine:

• Add 1 scoop to 180ml-250ml chilled water, mix well and consume immediately.
• Consume on both training and non training days, at approximately same time of day. 
• For optimum results, consume 1 serving prior to training, and 1 serving post training. 

Precision Isolate and Precision Creatine can be mixed together for ease of consumption.
